- Reservations under the ‘Complimentary Stay’ program are exclusively for cardholders possessing a valid unique voucher code.
- Each unique voucher code is valid for one-time use only.
- The unique voucher code will be considered as successfully redeemed once a booking reservation is made. Once redeemed, the voucher code cannot be used again or reinstated.
- Cardholders must make their bookings exclusively through the link provided by United Overseas Bank. The unique voucher code is not valid on any other booking platforms, including those of participating hotels.
- Unique voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable, and unsellable, intended solely for the eligible cardholder.
- Unique voucher code is valid for one year from its date of issuance and can be used for stays between 28 May 2024 and 28 February 2025.
- By making a booking reservation with this unique voucher code, the user acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
- Bookings under the ‘Complimentary Stay' program includes complimentary breakfast for two.
- Advance booking is required and subject to room availability at the time of booking.
- Blackout dates may apply and are subject to the availability of each participating hotel.
- Any cancellations or amendments are subject to the individual resorts' respective policies.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or privileges.
- Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional purchases made during the stay come with applicable government tax and service charge; standard payment policies apply and are payable by the cardholder. Only UOB Mastercard Credit Card is accepted for payment.
- Guests must present their UOB Mastercard Credit Card and valid voucher code upon check-in to enjoy this offer. Without the voucher code, guests will incur cost of their stay based on the best available rate.
