- Reservations under the ‘Complimentary Stay’ program are exclusively for Cardholders possessing a valid unique voucher code.
- Each unique voucher code is valid for 1 (one) time use only and for 1 (one) night reservation/booking only.
- The unique voucher code will be considered as successfully redeemed once a booking reservation is made. Once redeemed, the voucher code cannot be used again or reinstated.
- Cardholders must make their bookings exclusively through the links provided by United Overseas Bank (Indonesia). The unique voucher code is not valid on any other booking platforms, including those of participating hotels.
- Unique voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable, and unsellable, intended solely for the eligible Cardholder.
- Unique voucher code can be used for stays between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2025.
- By making a booking reservation with this unique voucher code, the Cardholder acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

- Advance booking is required and subject to room availability at the time of booking.
