1. Reservations under the ‘Complimentary Stay’ program are exclusively for UOB Mastercard credit or debit cardholders possessing a valid unique voucher code.
2. Each unique voucher code is valid for one-time use only.
3. Cardholders must make their bookings exclusively through the links provided by United Overseas Bank (Vietnam). The unique voucher code is not valid on any other booking platforms, including those of participating hotels or resorts.
4. Unique voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable, and unsellable, intended solely for the eligible cardholder.
5. Unique voucher code is valid until 14 October 2025 and can be used for stays between 15 October 2024 and 14 October 2025.
6. The unique code is valid to one (1) room with a maximum occupancy of two (2) guests, inclusive of complementary breakfast for two. Any additional guests or services beyond this occupancy will incur charges and payable by the cardholder.
7. By making a booking reservation with this unique voucher code, the user acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
8. Advance booking is required and subject to room availability at the time of booking.
9. Blackout dates may apply and are subject to the availability of each participating hotel or resort.
10. Any amendments are subject to the individual hotels' or resorts' respective policies. No cancellation is allowed for this program.
11. Guests can amend their reservations by contacting the respective hotel via phone or email 3 days prior to check-in date (subject to hotel’s availability) to avoid any "No Show" status. Failure to amend the reservation dates and failure to check-in on the reserved date will result in the reservation being classified as a "No Show”.
12. The unique voucher code will be considered as redeemed upon successful check-in at the hotel or resort. Once redeemed, the voucher code cannot be used again or reinstated. In case of “No Show” during the check-in date without prior valid amendment notice, the voucher code is considered redeemed and shall not be reused or reinstated.
13. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional purchases made during the stay come with applicable government tax and service charge; standard payment policies apply and are payable by the cardholder. Only UOB Mastercard Credit or Debit Card is accepted for payment.
14. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or privileges.

Without all of the required documents above, guest will incur cost of their stay based on the best available rate.
